What we cannot help with
Beltside is not an airline or a seller. We cannot trace a bag, process a baggage claim, or deal with an order placed on another company's website. For a missing bag, contact the airline you flew with. For an order, contact the seller named on your receipt.
Replies
We read everything that arrives and answer as soon as we can. If your message is about a correction, please include the page address and the line you are asking about.
